Help for this page

How do I find a site?

Click a municipality to see its sites. Click a barangay to see the sites in it.

On a site card:

What are Area and District at the top?

They filter the map to part of the province. None keeps every district but removes the colours.

How do I switch to satellite view or show barangay outlines?

Open Layers. There you can switch the base map and turn sites, boundaries, outlines and names on or off.

What does the heat map show?

Where activity is concentrated. Choose what to measure: number of sites, seedlings planted, target seedlings or hectares.

Why is a site's marker in the middle of the barangay?

Sites imported from DENR records have no exact location, so they sit at the barangay centre.

A site moves to its real place once the province publishes its GPS boundary.

What is Monitoring History?

Past survival counts for a site, oldest to newest, with photos.

Only reports a CENRO has approved are shown.

What is the difference between a solid and a dashed boundary?

Solid: an official boundary, measured with GPS and published by the province.

Dashed: a proposed site from a request, not surveyed yet. Only staff see these.

Where do the recommended species come from?

From the same recommender as the Species Recommendation page. It compares the barangay's conditions with each species' published growing conditions.
